Sam Everingham / Curriculum Vitae

Director

Sam has been awarded Qualified Practising Market Researcher status by the Australian Market and Social Research Society in recognition of his expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.  He draws on an academic background in health, psychology and statistics.

Over 18 years in market and social research Sam has managed over 400 qualitative and quantitative projects for a large range of Australian pharmaceutical brands, including research with patients, nurses, GPs, specialists and technical staff. His pharma clients have included Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Bayer, Janssen Cilag & Baxter, as well as major health & rehabilitation service providers, State and Commonwealth government departments.

Sam’s experience includes branding studies, customer satisfaction, stakeholder consultation studies, new product/service testing and advertising research (including advertising strategy, concept development, ad testing and campaign tracking).

He brings expertise in service evaluation and needs analysis through his Masters in Public Health and his time consulting for UNSW’s Social Policy Research Centre.

Sam’s particular strengths are in ad-hoc research design, conduct and interpretation for the healthcare and public sectors.  He has had extensive experience in managing research from conception to recommendations.
